Orla is a graduate of Commerce in University College Cork, holds a Higher Diploma in Education from National University of Ireland Galway and was appointed a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 2016. Orla manages our Cork office and has over 10 years’ experience in advising clients on all aspects of Company Law and Governance ranging from incorporations, annual compliance, share restructures to group reorganisations, dissolutions etc.
